Are your products specifically formulated for men's skin?
Yes. Men’s skin is structurally different from women’s. It is 20-25% thicker, produces more oil (sebum), and ages differently, often showing deeper wrinkles later in life. Our products are specifically “Crafted by men, for men” to address these unique characteristics and common concerns like acne, razor burn, and ingrown hairs.
Are your products free from parabens and other unwanted ingredients?
Yes, our products are formulated without many common irritants. Parabens can disrupt hormones by mimicking estrogen, which may lower testosterone and impact male health over time. These synthetic preservatives are commonly used in skincare and they can interfere with your body’s natural hormonal balance. That’s why it’s important to use skincare products formulated for men with this in mind.

Which products should I use for my skin concerns?
For Acne & Breakouts: Use cleansers with salicylic acid. Our Elevée Face Cleanser is formulated to deep cleanse pores and prevent breakouts.
For Dryness & Irritation: Use hydrating cleansers and thick, rich moisturizers. The Vanguard Day Moisturizer is designed to lock in hydration and fortify the skin.
For Enlarged Pores: The Fomes Officinalis Extract in our Elevée Face Cleanser has an immediate pore-reducing effect.
For Aging & Wrinkles: Use products with retinoids or peptides. Our Echelon Night Moisturizer contains Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 to boost collagen production and provide an anti-wrinkle approach.
For Sun Damage: Use SPF 30 daily. Vanguard Day Moisturizer offers broad-spectrum UVA+UVB protection of SPF 30.
For Hair Fall: Primero Shampoo is expertly crafted to fight thinning at its source and create an ideal scalp environment for robust growth.
When do I use the Elevée Advanced Facial Cleanser?
This cleanser can be used in the morning, at night and any time you desire. Lather the product on damp skin and then rinse thoroughly with water.
When do I use Vanguard Day Moisturizer?
Use it in the morning after washing your face. Apply it evenly over your entire face and any other desired areas, then leave it on to absorb. Re-apply 20 minutes before you plan to go out in the sun or if you’ve been in the sun for 2 hours.
When do I use the Echelon Night Moisturizer?
Use it at night after washing your face. Apply it evenly across the entire face and desired areas and leave it on overnight.
When do I use the Primero Power Cleanse Shampoo?
You can use it in the morning, at night, or whenever you wash your hair. Lather the shampoo onto your hair and then rinse it thoroughly with water.
Skin Reactions & Sensations
My skin feels tight and dry
As your skin absorbs the products and new cells rejuvenate your dermis, you may feel a mix of inner and outer tightness.
This sensation, often linked to dryness, will subside as your skin condition improves. If you’re dehydrated, you may experience more dryness. Staying hydrated can help ease tightness.
My skin feels hot
If you have dry skin, active ingredients absorb more quickly, which can prolong the burning sensation. Try using a smaller amount to adjust.
My skin feels itchy
As the active ingredients penetrate into the dermis, they stimulate capillaries, which may cause an initial itching sensation when you first use the products.
My skin stings
This reaction can occur when the dermis is very dry. The lipid layers of dead skin collapse, causing the skin to split. When moisture reaches these layers, it may trigger a stinging sensation.
This is temporary and can be relieved by applying a day moisturizer to hydrate and soothe the skin.
My skin is breaking out
Breakouts can be triggered by various factors, including stress, hormonal changes, and blocked pores from dead skin buildup. As your skin adjusts, it may purge toxins, leading to temporary breakouts.

My skin feels puffy and swollen
As you age, inside your dermis starts to empty out and because of the natural gravity, your skin will get saggy. When you continuously use our products, as the dermis is getting filled, your face may temporarily look swollen.
