Delivery Policy

We use DHL Express to ensure all orders are delivered safely and quickly.
Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product or if it’s defective, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Guidelines:

  • Products must be physically returned to the clinic in the country where they were purchased

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns after 30 days are subject to management approval on a case-by-case basis

Defective products will be exchanged whenever possible. If a refund is necessary, our team will take note of your details and the refund will be issued via bank transfer.
